How do I work remotely on my company laptop?
All company issued laptops are configured with the ability for you to work remotely:
- Windows: Connect to Wi-Fi and you will automatically have access to all systems. You do not need to connect to a VPN.
- Mac: Connect to Wi-Fi and you will have access to most systems, including email/Office, Slack, and Zoom. To access the Shared drive, MTS, or RMS you need to sign in to the macOS VPN called GlobalProtect. This is a one-time step, you will always have access after the initial sign-in. If you have not signed in previously, or are experiencing issues, please follow these instructions.
What can I access on my personal computer?
Many systems are accssible from your personal computer, including Outlook, Office Online, Slack, and Zoom. Go to portal.office.com to sign in
The following links can be used on any computer:
portal.office.com: Allows access to email and the entire office suite of applications.
Slack: Chat and share files with your team.
Zoom: Use Zoom to schedule a virtual meeting, screen share, or place a phone call.
I can't login, what should I do?
Is your device connected to the Internet? You'll need to connect to your home WiFi or other Internet accessible network.

I can connect but everything is extremely slow!
Your broadband Internet link may be the bottleneck, run a speedtest from fast.com, we recommend at least 10Mbps for the best experience
